Elproma was funded in 1992 C&K Europe BV (NL) gradually evolving to own R&D facility specialized in time & frequency. In 1998 Elproma BV (NL) has acquisited  Elproma (PL) creating new european holding. In 2012 two managers Tomasz Widomski & Robert Bender have successfully finished MBO acquisition of polish division.

Elproma is 100% capital owned by group of 6 polish private investors. Company 2017 turnover was 4mln EUR (5mln USD) and it emloyes 33 people, including 10 high skilled engineers. Time Server production is basing on qualified subcontracotr system. A company is ISO 9001 and IQnet certified. All products are made in Poland (EU) ensures best quality at low fares.
